"Dear Colleagues, speakers and students,
After much thought and consideration, and after consultation with most speakers colleagues we send you this message :
Due to the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (Covid-19), followed the recent decisions of the Moroccan authorities to close the airspace for several countries as well as the ban on gatherings of more than 50 people, we have made the decision to cancel and reschedule the OISA2020 school that was to be held April 13-17, 2020, in Oukaimeden, Marrakech, Morocco.
This difficult decision of the LOC to postpone the holding of the OISA2020 school to a later date, is taken out of concern for the safety and well-being of the participants. We apologies for any inconvenience caused by this decision. The welfare and safety of our community and staff is very important to us.
All participants should cancel their travel arrangements for April 13-17, 2020.
The new date for the OISA2020 school will be announced soon.
In the event of the regression of the virus, which we all hope for, and the suspension of the above-mentioned prohibitions, we propose the following new dates: November 2-10, 2020.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
On behalf of the LOC of OISA2020
Benkhaldoun Zouhair and Benhida Abdelmajid"
